Planning permission is being sought for nine two-bedroom apartments on Mill Lane in Hyde.
Situated on empty land adjacent to Layton Avenue, the apartments will be split across three storeys, each featuring three apartments. Each apartment in the new development will contain two bedrooms, a bathroom, and combined lounge and kitchen space.
The complex will feature 12 parking spaces, alongside an open jointed timber clad bin store.
The project has been drafted by Alistair Fullman Planning, a Yorkshire based planning service with experience in mixed use developments, new builds and greenbelt redevelopment.
The end of consultations is tipped to be completed by the end of the month, whilst a target for the final decision is currently pencilled as the 1 June 2018.
