An application has been filed to convert office space in Woodhead House, Market Street, into a new series of apartments.
Situated above the current Cash Converters unit, the development would see an office space, presently occupied by Hardy & Co LTD who are soon set to vacate, converted into 12 one bedroom apartments.
Access to the new apartments would be through the current entrance on Market Street, whilst current parking to the rear of the site can be allocated to any future residents.
The application goes on to state that no external modifications will be made to the building, and that the scheme has been adapted to make use of all current external access points.
