The application was approved last weekend by Tameside Council for the construction of the nine two-bedroom apartment complex.
Situated on Mill Lane, the development will see the nine apartments split across a three storey complex.
Each apartment in the new development will contain two bedrooms, a bathroom, and combined lounge and kitchen space.
The complex will feature 12 parking spaces, alongside an open jointed timber clad bin store.
Conditions laid out by the council for the approval of the application surround the boundary wall onto Mill Lane, stating that it must be fully retained throughout with an exception made for the point of access.
The parking facilities must also be surfaced with a solid bound material (such as tarmac as opposed to loose gravel or chippings), made available for the manoeuvring and parking of motor vehicles prior to the development being brought into use.
